Agencies act as agents to provide holiday rental services to villa owners. All villas that are offered by agencies have been maintained and carefully selected by them. Here are some rental conditions for renting a luxury villa.
The price
The prices quoted are often expressed in Euros per week. The price includes:
- The provision of well-equipped accommodation;
- Household charges (water, gas, electricity) and tourist tax;
- Household items (sheets, towels, etc.);
- Cleaning at the end of your stay.

For some accommodations, there may be additional charges based on seasonal needs, including heating, air conditioning and pool heating. In this case, the extra charge will be clearly indicated on the booking form. Some owners require bookings for at least two weeks, especially during the high seasons.
Booking and payment
Before making a reservation, you should contact an agency to ensure that the hotel you choose is available on the requested date. To make a reservation, you must send a completed and signed reservation form and pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the rent. Once the invoice has been confirmed, the contract will become a formal agreement between you and the owner.
The balance must be paid within six weeks of moving in. Failure to pay the balance within this period will constitute a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be payable.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required to enter the premises to cover the cost of any damage or breakage to the property or its contents. The amount of this deposit is stated on the booking form.
Subject to any applicable claims, the deposit will be refunded within one month of the end of your stay. Failure to pay this deposit will result in refusal of access to the property, which will be considered a cancellation.
